ORIT ZAHAR
Founder and Principal
Orit is a seasoned management and organizational consultant with over two decades of experience in leadership, consulting, and training across Israel and international markets. In 2003, she founded Oz Consulting, driven by her passion for enhancing organizational performance through the development of management capabilities, customer service excellence, effective communication, and change management processes.
Orit's approach is unique, combining theoretical models with practical insights gained from her diverse professional background. Her career spans executive roles in the high-tech industry, where she was deeply involved in strategic planning, vision development, and leading complex organizational changes, including mergers and acquisitions. She excels at building employee engagement and fostering customer loyalty.
Before her consulting career, Orit spent seven years practicing commercial law and served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force, focusing on public relations and international relations. This multifaceted experience allows her to bring a comprehensive perspective to her consulting work, addressing challenges from various angles.
She holds an MBA with honors from Reichman University and an LLB from Tel Aviv University.
She is a certified mediator recognized by the Israeli Ministry of Justice, holds a Design Thinking certification from the University of Virginia School of Engineering, and a Visionary Leadership certification from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She is also a certified group facilitator and an authorized trainer for Volkswagen Group's customer service program. Currently, Orit serves as a public director at Solrom Holdings Ltd., a company in the security sector.

Moran is an experienced organizational consultant, group facilitator, and certified mediator. With an MBA and honors BSc in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources Management from Ben-Gurion University, she brings valuable expertise to her practice. Her background includes senior management roles in the Israel Defense Forces, specializing in HR, training, and service operations.
